Ruder Finn has opened its first office in New Delhi, hiring Radha Roy and Shruti Das to lead its expansion.
Roy reports to Jean-Michel Dumont, chairman of Ruder Finn Asia Pacific and is a former partner of Genesis Burston Marsteller, with over 16 years of experience in public relations, communication and advocacy.
Her expertise includes strategic counsel, promotional campaigns, corporate social responsibility programmes, media and presentation skills training, crisis and issues management and marketing and business planning for clients in the corporate and not-for-profit sector.
Das has more than 10 years of experience in marketing communication and has held cross-functional roles such in marketing, business development, and public relations, she now specialises in strategic planning, development and execution of integrated communications programmes.
Prior to joining Ruder Finn India, Das was an account director at Text 100, New Delhi. In her previous assignments, Shruti managed communication mandates for organizations like Microsoft, Oracle, NetApp, Google, UNICEF and Bharti DelMonte.
