MSLGROUP appoints new financial comms lead

MSLGROUP has announced its appointment of Lusha Niu, Director at MSLGROUP China, as the new regional practice leader for Financial Communications.

This appointment will  further bolster the firm’s expertise and leadership within the financial communications space.

In addition to her current responsibilities at MSLGROUP China, Lusha Niu will effective immediately oversee the Financial Communications practice in Asia to ensure MSLGROUP’s regional leadership through best-in-class client service and strategic counsel.

The role includes the mandate to grow the business, development of new offerings and methodologies, internal capability enhancement and thought leadership.

Lusha Niu has more than 15 years of experience and knowledge in financial communications and corporate advisory in Asia and North America.

She has spent several years as an investment banker with a private equity consulting firm and has worked closely with institutional investors including Tiger Global, Morgan Stanley, HSBC and Fidelity Venture Capital on their China deals.

Lusha Niu joined MSLGROUP China in 2013 as Director, specialising in corporate communications and C-suite advisory, with focus on financial communciations.

Her client portfolio includes private equity, banking, technology, media, telecommunication, professional services, healthcare and FMCG corporations.
