Weber Shandwick has consolidated its strong position in the region by extending its client portfolio and achieving substantial revenue growth across all markets. Several factors have contributed to this success, notably a focus on finding alternative revenue streams beyond global clients, plus strong management teams, a collaborative culture and strong new business wins.
Organic growth among top clients has been vital to its business growth, but it has won a significant number of new clients.
The agency has also taken on high-profile social assignments: advancing the cause of working women in Japan with ELLE Japon; boosting awareness of inclusive education for children in China with Save the Children; and elevating Fullerton India’s position as a socially responsible lender by helping more than 20,000 households in rural India properly treat some 42,000 cattle. The agency also expanded its civic engagement through athletics, playing a key role in the successful 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics bid, the 28th Southeast Asian Games and the 8th ASEAN Para Games.
