Fleishman-Hillard appoints new healthcare VP

Fleishman-Hillard has announced the appointment of Anne de Schweinitz to senior vice president, senior partner and managing director of the Fleishman-Hillard healthcare group.

Anne’s deep experience in this sector, her proven ability to build global teams and capabilities, and her outstanding client and account management skills will continue to position Fleishman-Hillard as the leader in communications solutions for healthcare clients around the world.”

De Schweinitz, currently based in New York will relocate to Fleishman-Hillard’s London office and will report directly to John Saunders, president of the agency’s Europe/Middle East/Africa region.

In her new role, de Schweinitz also will work closely with Nancy Seliger, executive vice president of global client relations, to further define and shape the firm’s global healthcare group, establish thought-leadership initiatives, develop emerging growth opportunities and attract new marquee talent across all of Fleishman-Hillard’s local and regional healthcare teams.

De Schweinitz graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor’s degree in history and political science from Rutgers University. She served on the Leadership Council of the American Diabetes Association of Greater New York City and actively supports a number of arts and cultural institutions, including the New-York Historical Society, the Whitney Museum of American Art and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.
