Burson-Marsteller signs Korean deal

Burson-Marsteller, and Medicom, Korea’s largest domestic digital communications agency, have announced a strategic cooperation agreement that will provide the combined service offer of the two firms to Korean and multinational clients.

Under the terms of the agreement, the two companies will work collaboratively on the development of new client business in Korea and overseas.

Each partner will also be able to offer the services of the other to existing clients to provide a broader range of service where required.

The agreement provides Medicom with the support of Burson-Marsteller’s extensive global network and allows Burson-Marsteller to extend the depth of its offer in Korea, especially in the fast-growing social media space.

The cooperation agreement between Medicom and Burson-Marsteller better positions each firm to flourish in the rapidly evolving Korean communications environment.
