Internal comms consultancy theblueballroom launches in Hong Kong

Award-winning, UK-based internal communications agency, theblueballroom, has opened an office in Hong Kong to offer businesses in Asia access to its expertise in developing excellent employee engagement.

With over 15  years’ experience working with global companies including The Deutsche Post DHL Group, The adidas Group, Roche Products and Rentokil Initial, the agency is well-positioned to support businesses as they seek to develop stronger relationships with their employees and capitalise on the benefits that better engagement can bring.

The firm has successfully supported its clients to manage transformation programmes, communicate critical business developments, prepare for new products and ensure that workforces are aligned with strategic objectives.

Recently, it was called upon by Hong Kong-based airline, Cathay Pacific, to support them to deliver a new performance management system across the business.
