The Gold Standard Award for Policy Maker of the Year recognises a policymaker in the Asia Pacific region for their “gold standard achievement” in innovative and consultative policymaking. The 2015 Winner was Andrew Robb. Minister for Trade and Investment, and the Australian Department for Foreign Affairs and Trade. The award was accepted on behalf of the minister by Paul Tigh, Australia’s Consul General to Hong Kong and Macau.
